Your France SIM card will provide you with a France cellular phone number, which can be found on a sticker on your SIM card. The number will start with 06.
To activate your service:
* You will need to snap out the thumbnail sized SIM card along the perforated edge of its holder and then insert the SIM card into your international mobile phone with the gold contacts of the SIM card facing the metal contacts of your mobile phone.
How to make a call
To make an international call from your France mobile phone dial 00 (or +), followed by the country code (1 for the US), area code and phone number.
How family and friends call you
Family and friends need to dial the international prefix, followed by the country code 33 and your mobile phone number, omitting the first 0 (zero).
For example, when calling from the United States, callers need to dial 011 33 and then your mobile phone number.
To add credit to your France SIM card, you will need to purchase recharge vouchers, also called recharge cards. You will find recharge vouchers at convenience stores, petrol stations and authorized dealers in France.

Customer service for your France SIM can be reached by dialing 543 from your mobile phone or dialing 0811 600 052 from a fixed line (local call charges apply).
The France Mobiho initial validity period is 14 days after you make your first call.
Validity then depends on the recharge amount: 10 EUR / 14 days, 20 EUR / 30 days, 30 EUR / 60 days, 50 EUR / 90 days (not always available) and 100 EUR / 120 days (not always available).
If you do not recharge 4 months * after your credit has expired, your service will be deactivated.
* For a fee of EUR 24 (US$31.25), Mobiho will extend the life of your SIM card to 1 year.
